Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) is seeking a Legal Counsel with 5+ years of corporate/commercial experience to join its excellent team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a highly regarded national organization as a member of the Legal, Privacy and Governance team. This broad role involves supporting complex corporate initiatives, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing vendor contracts, and providing practical, risk-based legal advice across the organization.
